EMMA vegan sneakers contribute considerably to our journey towards sustainable fashion.
The upper is crafted entirely from apple leather. It’s a sustainable material made from fibers recovered from waste generated during apple juice production. The apple leather is both waterproof and breathable, making it perfect for long distances in any weather, whether you’re facing rain or hot temperatures. The high-quality, durable plant-based leather ensures that our sneakers will be your companion for years to come!
Inside this model, you’ll find a soft and flexible bamboo fabric lining that wraps your feet perfectly in winter while keeping them cool in summer. Bamboo is naturally antibacterial, anti-fungal, and thermoregulating, ensuring maximum comfort for your feet all year round.
For the sake of your health, we chose natural cork insoles – durable, antiseptic, moisture-absorbing, and designed to prevent chafing.
The cherry on the top is the ultralight and comfortable sole which will allow you to wear your shoes all day long – with no negative consequences whatsoever!
EMMA is our manifesto of minimalism as we chose not to add any unnecessary elements and decorations. Instead of classic laces, we opted for 100% natural ones made of pure linen – having the possibility of easy recycling in the future.
The model was made using the so-called Strobel construction – a special shoemaking technology which allows you to maximize the comfort of the shoe and reduce the amount of adhesives used in the production by 70-80% compared to the studded technology. It makes the footwear even more breathable and prevents it from emitting unpleasant odors which the adhesives are usually responsible for when they come into contact with human sweat.
