Returns and complaints – step by step

    RETURNS

      1. You can return our products within 30 days from the order delivery. Please make sure that the product is in the same condition as you received it.
      2. Prepare the parcel, pack it in the original packaging (along with the box, bag and accessories, if applicable), attach the fulfilled return form and send the parcel via courier at your own expense to the following address: AGAZI, Natolin 68a, 05-825 Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Poland.
      3. Please send us a scan or a picture of the filled return form to the following email address: customerservice@agazi.eu.
      4. We will return the payment within 14 days from receiving the parcel.

    1. COMPLAINTS

    1. If you consider the product not in accordance with the contract (e.g., it has a defect that became apparent during use), you can use your right of complaint.
    2. Send us a complete and clean product via courier at your expense* to the following address: AGAZI, Królik 39, 21-400 Łuków, Poland with the note “complaint”.
    3. Send a scan or photo of the complaint form to: customerservice@agazi.eu.
    4. We will refer to your request as soon as possible and inform you by e-mail about the solution we can offer.
    *If we accept the complaint, we will refund your shipping costs.
